Wi~S, A petition of the majority of the owners of real property
abutting upon 77th St. from Knox Ave. to 512 ft,~ east {Tract "P" Regis-
tered Haul Survey No. 618)a has been duly filed with the Village Council,
and published notice of hearing on the vacation of said street was .given
as required by law, and this Village Council has net at the time and
place specified and has heard'ali interested parties and it appears in
the public interest that said portion of said street be vacated.
N(xV TTIEttEP~tE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Viilage Council of the Village
of Richf laid, Hennepin CountyA Minnesota as follows:
1. 77th St. f;om Knox Avenue to 512 feet east (Tract "P" Registered
Land Survey No. 618), according to the plan thereof on file and of fecord
in the office of the registrar of titles in and for Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as the same is now dedicated and laid out within the corpor-
ate limits of the Viilage of Richfield, be and is hereby vacated.
2. The vacation of the street on said Tract '"P'~ Registered Land
Survey No. 618 shall not have the force and effect of vacating or re-
linquishing the easement for sanitary sewer over under and across said
parcel ~s granted in a separate conveyance from Prank Dillon, the owner
thereof, being instrurcent dated January 30, 195?.
Passed by the vi ilage council of the Village of Richfield this
iith day of Pebruary, 1959.
