RESOLUTION RELATING TO AGREEI~9BNTS j~-ITH TfIE
ANIhIAL RESCUB LBAGUE OF HBIVNBPIN COUNTY AND
DR. G. G. I-IARTLB
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County,. Minnesota as follows:
1. A proposed agreement between this village and the Animal
Rescue League of Hennepin County, dated February 1„ 1957 is
hereby given Clerk*s file Nop 4433 and ordered placed on file.
2. A proposed agreement between this village and Dr. G. G.
Hartle is hereby given Clerk's file No. 4434 and ordered ph ced
on file.
3. It is herby detetmined to be necessary and expedient to the
public healthy safety, convenience and general welfare for this
village to enter into said agreements.
4. Said agreements are each therefore approved and adopted and
the Village Mayor, Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute such agreements for and on behalf of the Vi13a ge of
Richfield.
5. Any sums to be paid pursuant to either of said agreements
shall be paid from the General Fund.
Passed by the village Council of the Village of Richfield this 28th
day of January, 1957.
