RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE DISb1ISSAL OF CONDB[YIIVATION
APPBAL
By IT RESOLVED Dy the Viiiage Council of the Village of Richfield
hiinnesota, as follows:
1, In order to effect an amicable settlement and disposition of
a condemnation proceeding for the acquisition of property at 224 hest
66th Street which was being acquired pursuant to District Court File
No. 515051 of the District Court of Hennepin County,~the village mayor,
manager, finance officer and attorney are hereby authorized and directed
to make payment to the fee owner of such property,, Gladys Brennan, the
sum of Fourteen Hundred and no/100ths ($1400) Dollars and to dismiss
the appeal of the Village of Richfieid~from the condemnation award in
said proceeding.
26 In exchange therefor, the village shall receive a conveyance
of the easement which was acquired in said condemnation proceeding and
a dismissal of the appeal of the fee owner in such proceeding,
