A RESOLt3TI0N PETITIOAIING POR THB ACTIVATION
OP A COtJI~'TY FARIC DISTRICT
Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Viliage of
Richfield,- Hennepin County, i+~tinnesota, as follows:
The Village Council hereby petitions the Board of County
Commissioners for Hennepin County,. pursuant to Chapter 806,
Laws of Minnesota 1955, to activate a park district consisting
of all of the County of Hennepin except that portion lying within
the boundaries of the City of I~;inneap olis,
Passed by the Viliage Council of the Village of Richfield
this 14th day of January, 1957.
