RESOLUT ION N0. 1247
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY
SEWER LATERAL AT 65TH STRTET ANA ffi~3SON AVENUE
BE iT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County,. Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that Parcel ??00 in
Section 28, To~nnship 28, Range 24 in this village was assessed
for a lateral sewer and a sews r service connection bq reason of
the construction of Village Project No,, 224, and that said Village
Project No. 224 was in fact, modified so that said parcel was not
actually served by said Village Froject No. 224 nor was a sanitary
sewer service connection constructed to serve said premises. It
is Further found and determined that there is now an urgegt need
for sanitary sewer service for said premises.
2. In order to serve said premises and provide such ser-
vice connection, a change order to Sanitary Sewer Project No.
327 is hereby authorized at a cost of $630.00, to provide a
lateral sewer and service connection from the intersection of
Emerson Avenue and 65th Street to the property line of said Parcel
7?00.
3. The cost of such sanitary sewer lateral and service cones
nection shall be transferred from Sanitary Sewer Improvement. No.
1 Fund to the Village Project No. 327 Constiruction Fund, inasmuch
as sums in excess of said amount have heretofore. been transferred
from Village Project No. 224 Construction Fund to the Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 1 Fund.
