RFSOWTION CLOSING STREET AND FIRE F~QUIPMEn1T FUND
AND TRANSFERRING ASSET'S TO DHBT SERVICE FUND
WHH#FAS, the bonded debt of the Street and Fire Equipment Bond Sinkttag
Fund has 'been retired, and
WHEREAS, there are assets in the amount of ~5,749.~ against which there
ara no obligations, and
WHEREAS, said Fund was created on Ac~sember, 1950 prior to the creation of
the Debt Service Fund on February 26, 1951, and
WHE1tEAS, the Debt Service Fund was created for the purpose of payment of
principal and interest on obligations here-o ore ssu or which the
tax levy required by ]aw was inadvertently omitted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi7l.age Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. The Street and Fire Equipment Bond Sinking Fund be and the same
hereby is closed, and all assets in said fund be transferred tv the Debt
Sexhrice Fund .
2. Th® Director of Finance is hereby author3.Zed and directed to
do all things necessary in effecting the above.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 26th
day of November, 195H.
