AUTHORIZING REPAiR OF VILLAG'' STREETS DAMAGED BY

BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Rich-
field, Hennepin County, i~iinnesota, as follows:
1. Whenever a sanitary sewer serva.cc~ cvuuaa:~i.v,= i~ in-
stalled in this village anc such installatian involves the
disturbance or destruction of the street surface where such
installation is made, file person making such installation
shall be responsible for tine repair of such street surface
in accordance with the ordinance of this village..
