W~IEI~EAS, this Council on November 29, 1954, adopted Resolution
No. 561 authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota i~ighway
Department for the installation of traffic control signals at
the intersection of 66th Street and T.ii. 65, and
W:-i1EREAS, since that date the construction plans for said in-
tersection have been changed so as to make traffic control
signals at that intersection unnecessary, and
4JalE:tE~,S, the Commissioner of highways, in view of the fore-
going, has requested a cancellc,tion of theaforem®ationed
agreement,
