RESOLUTION t~VAIVING INTEREST AND PENALTIES
ON SCHOOL DISTRICT SPECIAL ASSBSSMBNTS
`` t~1HERBAS, from .time to time the Village of Richfield has levied general
taxes and special assessments hereinafter described against properties be-
longi~ig to Independent School District No. 12, by reason of public improve-
ments', and
iaHBRBAS, through inad~ertance such special assessments had not been
paid by the school district,. and

I~BRBAS, said school district desires to-pay said special assessments
~ in full„ and ,
taHERBA5, this council in Resolution No. 606 dated P~:bruary 14, 1955
'` waived interest and penalties on such special assessmentsp and
WI3BRFAS, further interest and penalties have since been added to
such assessments,.

NOW, THBRBPORE, BB IT RESOLV BD by the Village Council of the Village
~ of Richfield as follows:
1. That interest and penalties on the special assessments on the
property hereinafter described are hereby waived, such property assess-
ments and interest being as hereinafter set forth:
