t~ESOLUTION ALLOCATING TRUNK SEWER ASSESSMENTS 0~'

WHERE~:S, the original trunk sewer assessment in Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment No. 1 against Parcel 1050 in Section Z?-28-24 was in the sum of
$132.00, of which the sum of $19.80 has been paid, and
WHEREAS., the original trunk sewer assessment i.n Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment Trio. 1 against Parcel 8250 in Kendale liddition (Section 2?-28-24)
was $102.50, of which $15.39 has been paid, and
WHEREAS, a portion of said Parcel 1050 has been separated from and
said parcel has been acquired by the owner of se.id Parcel 8250, so that
each of the said parcels are approximately the sa~.e size, and it is the
desire of this Council to equalize the assessment against the two tracts
remaining,

Richfield as follows:
1. The trunk sewer assessment in Sanitary Sewer Improvement Igo.
1 against Parcel 8250 is hereby amended so that the total remaining
assessment against said parcel is the sum of $87.?4 which shall be
spread over a term of seventeen (1?) years with interest on the un-
paid prin+~ipal balance at the rate of six (6) per-cent per annum.
2. The remaining assess~-ent for trunk sewer in Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No . 1 in the amount of $83.33 against' x arcel 1050 is here-
by amended so ae to be levied against rarcel 1060, which shall be spread
over seventeen (1?) years with interest on t~1e unpaid principal balance
at the rate of six (6) per-cent per annum.
The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to provide the
County Auditor with a certified copy of this resolution which shall
be authorization for the amendment of the assessment roll with respect
to said parcels.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 12th
day of i~ovember, 1956.
