BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
i. An agreement entitled "Cooperative Agreement" between the
State of Minnesota and. the Village of Richfield relating to part of
Trunk Highway 100 designated as State Project No. 2732-20 is hereby
given mlerk's file No. 4371 and ordered placed on file.
2. Said agreement is hereby approved,, and the village mayor,

manager and cZe rk are hereby authorized.and directed to enter into
said agreement on behalf of the Village of Richfield.
