RESOLUTION RELEASTNQ COLLATERAL

BE TT RESOLVED by the V311age Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the council authorize the release of th® follow-
ing securities heretofore pledged as collateral by the
Richfield State Bank which will mature on December 1, 195~s
~5a~0 in Brown County Aginn., Tnd. School Dist,
#2~. Sch, Hldg. Bond of 1946, 1.60
2. That the council determines-that the amount of ~349,~
sti11 pledged by the Richfield State Bank is sufficient
collateral and no substitution will be required,.
3. That the Director of Finance be authorized to do all
things necessary to effect this release.
