RESOLUTION NO. 1219
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OP
"COOPERATIVE AGREEbtENT WITH COA't~IISSIONER OP
HIGHWAYS, SUBSTITUTING A PREVIOUS AGREEIt~NT"
Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County„ Minnesota,. as follows:
1. This Council, having previously authorized~an agreement with
the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Minnesota on Septem~
ber 10th, 1956,, relating to the change of grade on Trunk Highway
No. 65 at 66th Street,, and such agreement not being satisfactory
to the Commissioner of Highways, a revised agreement between the
Village bf Richfield and the Commissioner of Highways dated October
22, 1956, is hereby substituted in lieu of the aforementioned agree-
ment and a copy of such revised agreement, dated October 22,. 1956,
is hereby given C2e rk*s Pile No. 4353 and ordered to be placed on
file.
2. Said revised agreement is hereby approved and adopted and
the mayor and manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the village.
Passed by the Village council of the Village of Richfield this
22nd day of October, 1956.
