RESOLUTION NO. 1206
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZII~ AND DIRECTING A PERMANBNT
TRANSPER OP PONDS PROM THE LIQUOR 5TORE FUND TO
THE CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION OP THE GENERAL FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin Countya Minnesota as follows:
That the director of finance be, and he hereby is authorized
and directed to cb all things necessary to effect a permanent transfer
of funds in the amount of $35,,017.56 from the Liquor Store Fund to
the Contingency Appropriation of the General Pund~.
