Hennepin County,, Minnesota as follows;
1o It is hereby determined that construction has been com-
piete~. and there shall. be no furthex construction on sanitary sewer
projects Viilag~ Project Noc 214, Vi11ag~ Project No. 224, Village
Project: Nom 230„ Village 1~roject No.~ 288, Village Project No«.289,
Viliave Project Nob 298 and V311age Project No. 308.
2, Tt is hereby determined that'all 13abi13ties have been
met in t;e Village Project Nob 214'Fund,. Village Project No. 224
Fund.. .illage Project Nob 230 Fund,, 1954 Sanitary Sewer Construction
Fund and Village Project No, 308 Funda
3, 'Pursuant to Laws of 1955, Chapter 811 Section 5„ Sub-
division 4,, the director of finance is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer to the proper debt redemption funds amounts
so reserved in the funds shown in paragraph 2 above, and to transfer
all a~.ditional assets in such funds to the Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No, 1 fund,
