RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILIAGE
PROJECT NO« 322
B8 IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin
County„ Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the Viiiage Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village Engineer,
calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Village
Project Nos 322 consisting of storm sewer} against every assessable lot, piece,
or paroei of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions
of law, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the Village Clerk
for more than ZS days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public in-
spection at all times during said period.
2e That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore
du ly held as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the
proposed assessment.
3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present
their objections, if any,, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at
said public hearings
4, That the Village Council has heretofore duly established Village Project
No. 322 and after carefully considering all the fasts, the benefits to each lot,
and fullyadvising itself in tY~e premises, has found and

determined and hereby declares that each and every lo.t„ piece,, or parcel of land
included in said proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construc-
tion of said Village .Project No. 322 and has been and is specially benefited in
the amount set out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such lot,.
piece, or parcel of land,
S, The proposed assessment is hereby affir:aed,adopted and confirmed, and
the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmedr adopted aad
confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or
parcels of land respectively, and said aunt ~ set out is hereby levied
against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described.
6p S'aid assessment so affirmed„ adopted and confirmed shall be certified
by the Village clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and con-
stitute the special assessment for said storm sewer, Viiiage Project No. 32~.

9. The assessment with accruing interestp shall be a lien upon the proper-
ty included therein, concurrent with general taxes,. and shall be payaable in
equal annual installments extending over a period of 19 years.. The first in-
stallment shall be payable an the first A~onday in January of 1959. A11 assess-
ments shah bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum. To the first installment
shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolu-
tion until December 31,, 1959. To each subsequent installment shall be added
interest for ane year on ail unpaid installments.
Ali assessments and interest thereon shall be collected and paid-over in
the same manner as other municipal taxes.
'Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 24th day of Septem-
