RESOLUTION NO. 1190
RBSOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA STATE HIt~IWAY PLANS
SPECIPICATIONS AND GRADE ON TRUNK HIGHWAY #65 GRADE
SEPARATION OVER 66TH STREET, BETWEEN 64TH STREBT AND
69TH STREET--S,P. 2727-30 & 2727-36 TH 65
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. SO renumbered as Trunk High-
way No. 65 within the corporate limits of the Village of Richfield between
69th Ste &-64th Sto, and
WHBREAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways,
St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 272?-36 8t
2727-30 {65=50), and
WHEREAS; said specifications are on .file in the off ice of the Department
of Highways, St, Paul„ Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
S.P. 2727-36 & 2727-30 {65=50) which, together with the Minnesota'Department
of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction„ dated July 1,, 1947, and
Supplement No, 1 to the Minnesota Depart~hent of Highways Specifications for
Highway Construction„ effective April I5, 1953, on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications fot said improvement
of Trunk Highway No. 50 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 65, and
WHBRBAS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled,
and identified are also on file in the off ice of the Village Clerk,, and
WHEREAS, the term "said plans and specifications"' as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
and incorporate the plans and specifications as in-the foregoing recitals
particularly identified and described.
.NOW,, THEN, BB IT RESOLVED, that said plans and specificationsfor the im-
provement of Trunk Highway No. 50 renumbered asTrunk Highway No. 6S within the
limits of the Village of Richfield be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the elevations and grades as shr~a in said
plans and specifications••be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby
given to any and ail changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said
Trunk Highway No. 50 renumbered as Trunk Highway No« 6S in accordance with
said plans and specifications.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 10t day
