1. An agreement between the Village of Richfield and the Commi.ssi over
of H3.ghways_entitled "Cooperative Agreement" and relating to change of

No. 4302. and ordered pieced an file'.
2. Said agreement 3.s hereby approve8 and adopted, and the mayor and
manager are hereby authariaed amd directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the village.
