THAT THE PROPOSED GEOMETRIC LAYOUT OF OFF-STREET PARKING FOR THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD IS HEREBY APPROVED SUBJECT TO AND UPON COMPLETION OF PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT FOR SUCH OFF•STREET PARKING AS HERINAFTER AUTWORIZEDt LOTS 3 THROUGH 11~ BLOCK 1~ STRAND BOWEN ADDITION 2. THAT THE PROPOSED OFF-STREET PARKING CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID OFF~STREET PARKING ll AREAS BEARING CONTRACT N0. 318 BE GIVEN CLERK'S FILE NO. C 4r..~~~ BE PLACED ON FILE AND THAT THE MAYOR AND MANAGER BE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN SAID CONTRACT AND THE CLERK B£ AUTHORIZED TO SEAL THE SAME FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THIS VILLAGE. 3• THAT THE OFF-STREET PARKING OPERATORS BOND FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SAID OFF- STREET PARKING CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND ($1000.00) DOLLARS ON WHICH THE AMERICAN BONDINa COMPANY OF BALTIM~2E~ BALTIMORE MARYLAND ~ APPEARS AS SURETY IS HEREBY APPROVED. 4. THAT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROPER UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID OFF-STREET PARKING LOT SHALL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFF-STREET PARKING LOT OPERATOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE N0. 2.09• ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL QF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD tgINNESOTA~ THIS 10TH 1956.
