Apr©posed agreement between the Village of Rich- f field and the Village of .Edina dated this 27th day of August, 1956, and relating to the joint use by the villages of Richfield and Edina of sanitary sewer mains and water mains on 7ierxes Avenue, is hereby given Clerks File No. c~ and is ordered to be placed on file. 2. Said agreement is hereby approved aad the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement far and on behalf of the Village of Richfield .
