1. A proposed Stipulation in the matter of the ap-
plication of Twin City Baptist Union to register
title to certain land, which land is located in the
Village of Richfield, Minnesota, between Lyndaie Avenue
and Grass Lake between 64th and 65th Streets,. is hereby
given Clerk*s Fiie No. C-4287 and is ordered to be piacee~
an file.
2. Said Stipulation is hereby approved and the Vilia~ge
Attorney is hereby authorised and directed to execute
said Stipulation on behalf of the Village of Richfield so
as to obt~.n for the Village of Richfield that part of
said property Which lies westerly from the tract of ianci,:
the title of which is being registered..
