RESOLUTION GALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 2I~, 1956
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION,
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 330
bdHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1156, passed by the vil7.age council
an August 13, 1956, the village clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of storm sewer construction, V311age
Project No. 330, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has heretofore notified the village
council that such proposed assessment has been completed and has been
filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
l.• A ublic hearing shall be h®ld at 7:30 P.M. on Monday,
September 2~, 1956, in the cauacil chambers of the village hall to
pass upon suoh proposed assessment; and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvement shall. be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a notice of such hearing to be published twine in the official newspaper
not less than twa weeks prior to the date of such hearing and he sha]1
state in the notice the total cost of the improvement which is ~3b, b2l~.35.
