RESOLUTION CALLING FaEARING ON SEPTENIDER 21.x, 1956
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR STREET AND.ALLEY GRADING,
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 329
WHEP;EAS, by Resolution Noo 1155, passed by the village council
on August 13, 1956, the village clerk was directed to prepare a pro-
posed assessment of the cost of street and alley grading,, Village
Pro3ect Noo 329, and
Wf~EREAS, the village clerk has heretofore notified the village
council that such proposed assessment has been completed and has been
filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held at 7:30 F.M. on Monday,
September 2l~, 1956, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village
Hall to pass upon such proposed assessment; and at such time and place
al]. persons owna.ng property affected by such improvement shall ~
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2, The vil3.age clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a notice of such hearing to be published twice i.n the official newspaper
not 1®ss than two weeks prior to the date of such hearing and he shall
state in the. notice the total cost of the improvement which is
