RESOLUTION N0. 1172'
RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 24, 1956
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 327 AND VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 327-A
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1154 passed by the village council
on August 13, 1956, the village clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of sanitary sewer construction,
Village Project No. 32? and Village Project No. 327 A, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has heretofore notified the village
council that such proposed .assessment has been completed and has man
filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village council of the
Village of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows=
1. A public hearing shall be held at 7:30 P.M. on Mondays
September 2~:, 1956, in the council chambers of the Village Hall to
pass upon such proposed assessment; and at such time and plane all
persons owning property affected by such improvement shall be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a notioe of such hearing to be published twice in the official news-
paper not less than two weeks prior to the date of such hearing; and
he sha11 state in the notice the total cost of the improvement which
is ~5o2,g15.i8.
