WHEREAS, Walter Bassett 8a Son, Developers, had deposited with the Village of
Richfield the sum of $535.50 on July 20th, 1955, Receipt No. 3286, for the surfacing
of Streets in Bassett's ist Addition and
WHEREAS, Walter Bassett 8a Son had deposited with the Village of Richfield the.
sum of $229.18 on Nav. 4th, 1955, Receipt No. 390+, for the surfacing of streets in
Bassett's lst Addition, and
WAS, the increased amount of work in the Street Division precludes the
passibility of the Village Forces performing such surfacing work,
NOW SORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Cowacil of the Village of Richfi~~d
as follows:
1. That the sum of $535.50 deposited by Walter Bassett and Son, on Ju1.y 20th,
1955 in the Village Project #328 Fwad be refunded.
2. That the sum of $229.18 deposited by Walter Bassett acad. i9on, on PTovember
4th, 1955: in the Village Project #328 Fund be refunded.
3. That the Mayor, N~,nager and Treasurer be authorized to do all things nec-
essary to effect the provisions of this Resolution.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 13th day of
August, 1956.
