WHBRBAS, the village council of the Village of Richfield has pur-
chased a fire truck chassis and equfpment for v~hich no funds were speci-
ficaiiy appropriated, and
W~3.BRBAS, the cost of the equipped fire truck was $12,348.00, and
WHERB~iS, approprfation in the mount of $9,81$,00 was provided for
by Resolution No. 11?,S dated June li, 1956,

of Richfield as faliowss
i. That the proceeds from the sale of the replaced fire truck in
the amount of $2,750.00 as per accepted bid of the Savage Yeitiq~er
Pire Department, Savage, Minneeote~ be made a supplement of $9,848,
authorized by resolution No. 1125, dated June l1,-1956.
2, That the director of finance be, and he hereby isa authorized
to do ail things necessary to effect the provisions of this resolution.
