ON PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE
PROJ~T NO. 322
t~1;iBREAS, by Resolution No. 1090 passed by the council on the 23rd
day of April, 1956, the Village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
supplementary assessment of the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village
Pro3ect No. 322, and
t+dHERBAS, the Village clerk has notified the council that such pro-
posed supplementary assessment has been completed and flied in his
office for public inspection.
NO~J THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD by the Village council of the Viiiage
of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 24th day of September,
1956, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Kali at ?:30
o=clock P.M,, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement wi11
be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in t}~e offi«
ciai newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall
state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
