WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1148 passed by the council on the
23rd day of July, 1956, the village clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of the 1955 Village Wide Oiling pro-
gram, Village Project No. 315, and
WFIDRBAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection.
NAT THERBPORB, BB IT RESOLV~3 by the Village council of the
Village of Richfield, Minnesota. as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the IOth day of Septenibet,
1956, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hail at 8:00
a*clock P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
place ail persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such im-
provement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the offi-
cial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,, and he shall
state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
13th day of August, 1956.
