1956-1156r~.~~ RESOLUTION N0. 1156 RESOLUTION DI~IARING COST TO BE ASSESSFA AND ORDERII~ PREPARATION OP PROPOSED ASSESS&iBNT POR VILLAGE PROJECT No. 330 WHEREAS, the contract has been let for construction of storm sewers in the area defined as Area No. l and Area No. 2 in Resolution No. 1005 passed by the Village CowE}cil of the Village of Richfield, December 27, 1955, and WHEREAS, the contract cost for such construction in said Area No. 1 was $13,072.40 and the costs to be incurred are at least $1,307.24, and WHEREAS, the contract cost for such construction in said Area No. 2 wens $20,222.4b and the costs to be incurred are at least $2022.25, NOW THERBFd~tB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as f oliows 1. The cast of Village Project No. 330 to be specially assessed against said Area No. 1 is hereby declared to be at least $14,.379.64, and therefore, that sum will be assessed against the property benefited thereby. 2. The cost of Village Project No. 330 to be specially assessed against said Area No. 2 is hereby declared to be at least $22„244.?1, and therefore, that sum will be assessed against the property benefited thereby. 3. The village clerk, with the assistance of the village engineer, shall forthwith calcu2a to the proper amount to be specially assessed for Such improvements against every assessable lot, piece., oz parcei~of land, within the districts affected without regard to cash valuation, aspravided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assess- ments in his office for public inspection. 4. The clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments, notify the count i1 thereof . Passed by the Village council of the Village of Richfield this 13tBt:. day of August, 1956.
