RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSI~4EATT FOR VILLAGE FROJECT N0. 327 AND VILLAGE
PROJECT N0. 3r174A
~WHERFAS, the contract has men let for the cor~truction of sanitary sewer
laterals, as described in Resolution No. 1C00 passed by the Village council
of the Village of Richfi®ld on Ibcember 27: 1955, and
WHEREAS, additional construction of sanitary sewer laterals known as
Village Project No. 327-A, as described in Resolution Na. 1133, passed by
the village council of the Village of Richfield, June 25, 195b, has bean
added to said contract, and
W~IEREAS, the construction costs for V311age Pro3ect No. 327 has bAeA
dst8rmin®d to be th® sum of ~1t1.9,922.].4~ the construction ooats for V~.llage
Project No. 327-A has been determined to be the sua~ o! ,X75.00, and
WFISREAS, Village Project No. 327 by Change Order No. 1 has been reduced
by the amount of ~b,174.00, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Hloomiagton has heretofore paid the sum o!
X16,727.52, and
WI~EAS, the costs to be incurred for both Village Project No. 327 and
Village Pro3ect No. 327-A arie at least X45,719.56,
NOW T11EREk'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of tl~ Villag®
o! Richfield, Minnesota, as follows
1. The cost of Village Project Na. 327 and V111ags Pro,~eot No. ~27eA
ie hereby declared to be at least X502,915.18 and there are that sum will
b8 assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. The vil7.age clerk, with the assistance of flue village engirt@ex, aI'181].
forthwith oalculate the proper amount to be specially $SS@ssed for such imr-
prayement against every assessable lot, piece, or paroel of land within the
district affected without regard to sash valuat~,on, as proved by law, and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in hie office for public
inspection.
