follows:
1. That the council authorize the release of the following se-
curities heretofore pledged a~ collateral tsq the Richfield State Bank
which will mature on August 1~ 195b:

2. That the council determines that the amount of $354,000
pledged bq the R3.chfieid State Bank is sufficient collateral and
no substitution will be required..
3. That the director of finance be authorized to do all things
necessarq to effect this release.
