INd PREPARATION OP PROPOSED ASSESSMENT POR VILIAGE
PROJECT NO. 313
Wl~ERBAS, the village council has heretofore ordered work done by
day labor for the improvement of all streets and alleys in the Village
of Richfield ks'iown as Village Project No.. 315, 1955 Village-~~ide
oiling program, and
WHEREAS, the net cost of construction of Pillage Project No.
315 has been determined to be $137,357.20, and of this cost the
Village of Richfield will pay $29,294.31 as its shams of the cost
including its share as a property owner, and
' WHEREAS, it has been determineB that there is a total of
831,253 assessable front feet against which the foregoing costs shall
be assessed,
NOW THERk~FORB, BB IT RHSOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
I. That the cast of Village Project No. 315 to be specially as+-
~sessed is hereby declared to be $108,082.89.
2. That the assessable front feet against vdiich such costs sha11
be assessed is hereby declared to be 833,253.
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared
to be thirteen cents ($0.13}~
4. 'That, the village clerk, with the assistance of the village.
engineer, shall forthwith caicu~.te the proper amount'to be specially
assessed far Village Project No. 31S against each lot„ piece and pares
cei of land within the Village of Richfield affected, without regard
of cash valuationp as provided by law,
S. 'The village clerk shall,. upon completion of such proposed as-
sessment, file a copy thereof in his office for public inspection, and
shall notify the village council.
