BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as follows:
1. '.ghat the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained
in Off-Street Parking Application No. 56-1g is hereby approved subject to and upon
cou~letion of performance of the Contract for such Off-Street Parking as hereinafter
authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking contract for the improvement ofsaid
Off-Street parking area, bearing Contract No. 342, be given Clerk's File No.
be placed on file and that the N~yor and Manager be authorized to sign said Contract
and the Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this Village.
3. That the Off-9treet~Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the con-
ditions of said Off-Street Parking contract in the amount of Five S[housand ($S,OOO.00)
on which the St. Paul A~Iercury & Indemnity Company, St. Paul, AN.nnesota, appears as
Surety, is hereby approved.
~. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street
Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator
in accordance with Ordinance No. 2.09.
