RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND CONCURRING IN SWARD
OF CONTRACT TO CRAIG J. ALEXANDER COMPANY, 4641
HIAWATHA AVENUE, MINNEAPOLIS, AS RECOh~ENDED HY
HENNEPIN C®iB'NTY
DE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, as follows:
1. That it is hereby determined that the bid of Craig
J . fylexander Company, of Miinneapolis , Minnesota, submitted to
Hennepin County, is the lowest bid by a responsible bidder
far the construction of surfacing on State Aid Road No. 53
(66t1~ Street) between Xerxes and Penn .venues.
2. That the bid of the Craig J. filexander Com any for
the surfacing of State laid noad No. 53 (66th 5treet~ between
Xerxes and Wrenn l~venues, on a unit prase basis at the price
contained in their proposal of .July 17, 1956, made to the
County of Hennepin, with an estimated construction cost of
$13,814.50 is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Village Council of .the Village of Richfield
this 23rd day of July, 1956.
