AND ESTABLISHING $126. JOINT ESCROW ACCOUNT TO {GUARANTEE
SODDING OF BOULEVARD, LOT 8,_ BLOCK 2, PETIT 4T8 ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
That pursuant to the Yillage Engineer's recommendation that the Streets
in Petit 4th Addition be accepted for the Village and that such streets shall
be perpetually maintained by the Y311age
That the sum of $126.00 be placed in a point escrow account in lieu of
Developer's bond as a guaranty that the Boulevard will be sodded, when con-
struction has been col~gpleted, Lot 8, Block 2, Petit 4th Addition, and that
such stun wi11 be refunded to the Petit & Maurer Construction Company upon eom-
pletion oP such work.
That aJ1 other conditions of Contract No. 258 dated February 17, 1955
have been complied with and the work is hereby accepted.
'~nat a refund be made to Mr. Jean L. Petit, 7045 12th Avenue South,
Richfield, Mir~unesota, of Certified Check No. 28].6 dated February 3s 1955,
drawn on the Richfield State Bank in the amount of $3,200.00, which was
accepted by the V311age of Richfield in lieu of a Surety Bond.
Adopted by the Yillage Council this 23rd day of July, 1956.
