RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS IN BAKER-PETERSON ADDTTTON
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 168
VILLAGE CONTRACT N0. 152
BAKER-ADOLPHSON & PETERSON, DEVELOPERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council_of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
'That pursuant to the Village Engineer's recommendat~.on that
the streets in Baker-Peterson Addition be accepted for the Village
and that such streets shall be perpetually maintained by the Village.
That all conditions of Contract No. 152 dated October 27th,,
1952 have been complied with and the work is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Village Council this 2 3rd day of Ju 1y,1956.
