WHEREAS, the Village ttouncil of the Village of R3.c~ifield by
resolut3.on Nod 1134 received a xeport oi~ the aonstruot3.on of certain
sanit+~ry seer laterals and directed publioAtion of a hot~.ce of hearing
to be held o;t Ju1~+ 9, 1956, and
WHEREAS, such notice of publ3.oation was published oa'!.y oAOe,
ATOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the village council of the
Village of Richfield as folla~rs;
1. That a public hear3.ng shall be held on such proposed con-
struction of sanitary sewer laterals, Village Project No. 327~A on
July 23rd, 1956 at 8 s00 P.M. 3.n the council chambers of the 9i7.].sge
Hall.
2. That the clerk be authorized to pub].~.sh notice of such meet~.n8
in the official newspaper on July 12th and 19th, 1956i•
