1. That the proposed g®ometrie layout of the Off-Street Parking as conts~.ned
in Off-Street Parkin Applicat3.on No. 56-5 is hereby approved eub~ect to and upon
completion of performance of the Contract for such Off-Street Parking as hereinafter
authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking contract for the improvement of ~3.d
Off-Street parking.area, bearing~Contract No. 309, be given Clerkte File No. 4,_„ ?12 ,.
be placed on file a~ that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign said Contract
8nd the Clerk be authorized to seal the same far and on behalf of this Village.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the
conditions of said OFf-Street Parking contract in the amount of One Thousand t~l,.Q0000~
Dollars on which-the American Bonding Compaq of New York, 100 Broadway, New York,
New York, appears as Surety, .is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the pro~r upkeep and maintenaaoe of said ~f-Street
Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off.Street Parking Lot Operator
in accordance with Ordinance No. 2.09.
