RESOLUTION N0. 1128
RESOLUTION RELATING TO REVISED 1956 POUI~DKEEPER
AGREEMENT
W~3EREA5, This village has heretofore entered into. a contract
with Charles B. Adams for his services as poundkeaper of the
V3.llage of Richfield, and
W~REAS, since the execution of said contrast, the Village
Council has amended the dog control ordinance of the Village of
Richf ie~i., and
WHEREAS, such amendments require additional services from
the poundkeeper, and
WHEREAS, said Charles B. Adams has indicated his w3.17.ingness
to continue to serve as village poundkeeper, and
1~HEREAS, said Charles B. Adams has agreed to the substitution
of a new contract covering his services as poundkeeper,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. An agreement entitled, ++Revised 7.95d Poundkeeper Agree-
ment++ bearing the date June 1, 1956 between the Village of
-_ ~Riohfield and Charles B. Adams is hereby given Clerkts File
Noe 4197 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. Said agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and
Manager are hereby authorized and d3,rected to execute said
contract with said Charles B. Adams for and an behalf of the
Village of Richfield.
3. That all soma payable to said Charles B. Adams pursuant
to said Rev3.sed 1956 Poundkeeper Agreement shall be paid out of
the Suspense Fund,

11th day of June, 1956.
