RESOLUTION NO. 1126
RESOLUTION RBLEASING COLLATERAL OP RICHFIELD
STATE BANK
BB TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the council authorize the release of the following securi-
ties heretofore pledged as collateral by the Richfield State Bank
which wilt mature an July 1,, 1956;
$5000 in Carver County, Minn.; Independent 5chaol Distr~t
#32 School Bldg, Bond of 1952, 2~%
X3000 in Lake Benton, Village of, Lincoln County, Minn.,
Pera;. Improve. Revaluing Pund Band,, 2.10
And the following security which will mature on July 15s 1956:
$20A000 in North Dakota, State af, Gen. Oblig. Bd. Veterans'
of World War ZI, 1.40°
2, That the council determines that the amount of $366,000 sti1L
pledged by the Richfield State Bank is sufficient collateral and na
substitution will be required.
3, That the Director of Finance be authorized to do all things neces-
sary to effect this release.
