RESOLUTION NO« 112
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASES OP APPROPRIATIONS
BY TRANSFERS OF PUNDS PROM CONTINGENCY AFPROPRIATIQN
WHEREAS, the village council has purchased afire truck chassis for
which no funds were specifically appropriated, and
WHEREAS, the village council has purchased certain items of equip-
ment for the Street Division for which insufficient funds were appropri-
ated«
NOW THEREPORE, $E IT RESOLVED »y the village council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
1. That there be, and there. hereby is, authorized a: permanent
transfer of funds from the Contingency Appropriation of the General Fund
to the Vi~.lage Hall'Appropriation (Pine Department} of the General Fund
in. the amount of $9,648.00.
2. That there be,, and there hereby is, authorized a permanent trans-
fer of funds from the Contingency Appropriation of the General Fund to
the Village Hall'Appropriation CStxeet Division) of the General Pund in
the amount of $3,618«75.

to cb all things necessary to effect the provisions of this resolution«
