WAEREAS, a petitioa of the majority of the Damara of real property
abbutting upon Colfax Avenue between Oak Grove Boulevard and 73rd Street,
Woodlake Shores Addition has been duly filed with the V33.lag® Council, and
~SUblished notice of hearing on the vacation of said street was given as required
bq law, and this Village Council has met at the tame and place specified and
has heard a17. interested parties and it appears in the P'ub13a interest that
said portion of. said street be vacated.
