Richfield the sum of $1,525.58 on Juhe 28, 1955, Receipt #3339 for the
surfacinng of streets in Zubert•s Southview Gardens Addition and Zubert~s.
Southview Gardens Second Additioa~ and
WHSRgAS, the Zubert Construction Co. .had deposited with the Vil~s.ge
of Richfield the seam of $210.00 on September 27, 19531 Receipt #3~6,
for the surfacing of streets in Zubert•~~tson's Southview Addition, and
WHRRBAS, the increased amount of work in the street div3.sion pre-
clud~s the ~ssibility of the Village forces performing such surfacing

Village of Richfield as follows:
1. T~iat the sum of $].,525.58 deposited by Zubert Construction Co.
on June 28A 1955, in the Village Projeet #328 Fund be refunded.
2. That ttie sum of $210.00 deposited by 2ubert Constzwetion Co.
oxr September 27a 1955 in the Village Project #328 Fund ~ refunded.
3. Ths~t the mayor, manager and treasurer be authorized to do all
things necessary to effect the provisions of this resolution.
