BE IT ttESOLVED By the Pillage Council of the Pillage of Richfield,
Hennepin County f Minneso to as f o 11ows
1. A proposed agreement between the County of Hennepin and
the Tillage of Richfield., entitled 44~,greement for Division of
.Cost for Bituminous Surfacing and other .elated Improvements of
St2~te Aid Road No. 5348, is hereby riven Cleric4s File No. ~~.so,,.
and is ordered to be placed on file.
2. Said agreement is hereby approved and the Niayor, Manager
and Cleric are hereby directed to execute said contract for and
on behalf of the 'Village of Richfield pursuant to the provisions
of T~Ainnesota Statutes, Section 160.43, subdivision 3.
3. A proposed agreement between the Village of Richfield and
Southdale, Inc., a Minnesota business corporation, which agreement
is entitled, 44r~greement to Reimburse the Village -for the -Improve-
ment of SVest 66th Street4t is hereby given Glr rk 4 s File AIo. 4180 __
and is ordered to be placed on file .
4. Said agreement between the Village of Richffield and
Southdale, Inc. is hereb3~ .approved and the Mayor, N:anager 'and
Clerk are hereby directed to execute said contract far and on be-
half of the Village of Richfield, pursuant to the provisions of
Minnesota .Statutes, Section 160.431, subdivision 3.
5. All sums which become payable by the Village of Richfield
to the County of Hennepin pursuant to the agreement first above
mentioned, shall be paid. out of a fund consisting of moneys paid
by Southdale, Inc., pursuant to the above mentioned agreement with
said corporation.
6. The faithful performance of the agreement with Southdale,
Inc. shall be secured by the furnishing of a statutory public
contractors corporate su rety bond in the amount of at least
$18,4GO.S4.
7. The aforementioned contract with the County of Hennepin
shall not be executed by the officers off' this village until the
village has obtained an executed copy of the aforementioned agree-
ment with the Southdale, Inc. and has ;been provided with the afore-
menti~.aned corporate surety bond.
