RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR DISN1
OF APFEAL FROM CONDEMNATION AYd
BE IT RESOLVED 1~y the
Iennepin County, Minnesota
V:~~lage Council of the Village of Richfieldi
as follows s
1. A Stipulation having been entered into between Gordon E.
.Strom and the Village of Richfield, providing for the dismissal by
Gordon E. Strom of his appeal from a condemnation award in Hennepin
County District Court (File No. 50283.), such Stipulation is given
Clerkis File No. and the same is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor, Manager, Finance Officer and Attorney are
hereby authorised and directed to take any and all steps necessary
to effect the terms of such Stipulation so as to provide for a
dismissal of said appeal.
3. The sum to be paid by the Village to effect the terms of
said Stipulation shall be paid out of the Village Project No. 225
Fund,, and in the event that the assets of said fund are insufficient
for that purpose, the director of finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make a permanent transfer to said fund from the Contingency
Appropriation of the General Fund of such additional sum as may ~
necessary far that purpose. Upon the payment of said awn, said ~ ~ ~ oB
Village Project No. 225 Fund shall be closed. P~ / ~
