RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PBRMANBNT TRANSPBR OP PUNDS
FROM THR CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION OP THB GENBRAL
PUND TO THE POLICE APPROPRIATION OF~THB GENERAL PUND:

BB IT RESOLVED By 'the Vfliage Council of .the Village of Richfheld as
faliows:
1. That there be,. and there hereby is,, authorized a permanent trans-
fer of funds from the Contingency Appropriation of the Generai FunB to
the Police Appropriation. of the Generai Fund in the amount of $3,(}00.00.
2. That ~aaid permanent transfer of funds is made to proeide funds
far the purchase of a. station wagon and certai.r- minor equipment far
the Police Department.
3: That it is anticipated that the entire $3,000.00 will not be re-
quired for such purchases; in which case, arty amount unexpended shall
be refunded to the Contingency Appropriation of the Generai Fund without
further action of this council.
4. That the Director of Pinance be, and he hereby is, authorized to
do all things necessary to effect the provisiangaf this resolution.
