~IENNEPIN COUNTY ~tLLITF BOAftD CON`~RACT
~~~EREAS, This council on March 8, 1954, entered into
an .agreement between t~is village and. the Suburban ~3ennepin
County Relief Board of the County of Kennepin for the admin-
istration and supervision of poor relief in this village,
which agreement was given Clerk4s File No. C-1339 and the
ex®cution of which agreement was authorized by ~tesolution
Rio. 3.02 of this council.
i~J~uR~5, i.t is desired t~ continue the terms of said
contract in full force until such time as the same may be
cancelled by either party thereto as provided in said agree-
ment.
NQ~, Tr3Ei'~EFORE, ~E IT R~:SOLa~ED, that all of the terms,
conditions and provisions of the aforementioned contract
are hereby continued in full fonce and effect so as to be
binding upon bath parties thereto the ,same as though the_con-
tract was on this date signed amd mace anew arc' said contract
sha1J. remain in full farce and effect until such tia~~e as the
same may be hereafter cancelled by either party under the
terms and conditions provided for in said contract.
