3. THAT THE PUBLIC CONTRACTORS BOND FOR PERFORMANCE QF THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAtD

NOT 8E ASSUMED BY THIS VILLAGE UNTIL FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK ON SUCH PROPERTY BY THIS
COUNCIL', AND UNTIL SUCH TIME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH STREET SHALL BE THAT OF THE
DEVELOPER OF SAID SUBDIVISION.
