RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM
SEWERS AND SANITARY SEWERS, PROJECTS N0.
327 and 330
BE IT RESOLVED $v the Village Council of the Villag® of Richfield
Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
1, It is hereby determined that the bid of Orf®i &
Mariam & Sons, 1xic. for the construction of Village Projects
No. 327 and 330 for the total. estimated sum of ~~5,852 is the
lo~rest bid by a responsible bidder on suoh pro3ects and the same
is hereby accepted:
2. That a proposed Agreement entitled, nContract for
Construction of Storm Sewers and Sanitary Sewers, Projects No. 32?
and 330, of the Village of Richfield, Minnesotan for the con-
struction of said pro3ects is hereby given Clerkts File No. C-},~,2G
in order to be placed on file.
3, That the mayor, manager and clerk are hereby
authorized and dfr®cted to execute said agreement for and on~
behalf Of the V1.llage of Richfield,
l~. That all sums to be paid to Orfei & Mariani & Sons,
Inc. pursuant to the terms of said Agreement shal]. be paid from.
the 19~ Sewer Construction Fund.
