RESOLUTION RELEASING ~ LLATBRAL OF RICHPISi,D
STATE BANK
BB IT RESOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the Cauncil authorize the release of the fallowing
securities heretofore pledged as collateral by the Richfield State
Rank:
$5~fl00 in Carlton Caunty,, Minnesota., Ind. School District
#Z,, School Building Bond of 1952, 2.75` - .
2!, That the council determines that the amount of $396,004
still pledged by the Richfield State Rank is sufficient collateral
and no substation will be required.
3. That the Director of Finance be authorized to do all°°things
necessarq to effect this release.
